Chamber Background
The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (CCCK) is still fairly young - we have been serving our members since 1995. We started out as a small group that met on an ad-hoc basis at the Westin Chosun hotel. In 1995, we started regular meetings with speakers from the community. As we have grown the Korean government has invited us to various events in order to hear a Canadian perspective. In 1999, we started organizing Canada Day Celebration and the Terry Fox Run in seoul. A Thanksgiving Party and Christmas Party have been added to bring a touch of home to Canadians residing in Korea. In working with various government, quasi government, and community organizations, we are trying to find our way to a better business and living environment for CCCK members.
